Players coming from a GR Bergeron Studio or equivalent report our Flex BL VR is 10-30% easier to play with better intonation and a more resonant sound.
This is due to our advanced acoustic design and Flex Alloy.

BL VR Vs Series	Speed of Sound Series which is good for Lead Trumpet, Amplified Music, and Pit Work.
BL VR J6 Series	J6 Series which is good for Lead Trumpet, Amplified Music, and Pit Work. It has more "core" to the sound than the Vs. Some say it requires a little bit more air. Some players have reported that in this series, the Flex BL VR allows them to use this as a replacement for the GR Bergeron Classic Mouthpiece.

I am very happy with the BL VR Vs. The diameter is just a tick bigger than the Schilke 13B but the shallower cup and rim work really well for me. Great, easy sound throughout my register and a lot more endurance with less effort. Also, my G over high C was there throughout my 2-hour big band rehearsal last Monday night, which is a first for me. Thanks, K.O., for your patience and help in finding the right mouthpiece!
