K.O. is a pleasure to work with. I started using Stomvi trumpet mouthpieces with great success. I wanted a cornet mouthpiece that had the same size rim so I took the plunge on his cornet mouthpiece. It doesn’t have your traditional cornet sound, but that’s the best part. What we consider dark when it comes to a cornet, is actually almost muddy in tone. This mouthpiece produces an extremely clear and vibrant tone. Plus it’s so much easier to play. Most cornet mouthpiece’s are harder to play and support in the upper register. This one isn’t and will redefine how you play your cornet. Switching between my trumpet and cornet is effortless now.
