Instrument Trial Policy
Most of our instruments are available for trial secured by a major credit card.*
(Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover)
- When you purchase an instrument from Stomvi USA, we charge your credit card when we ship the instrument.
- After receipt of your instrument, we would like you to audition it for a maximum of 7 days.
- If you decide to return the instrument, you must contact us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number via phone or using the form below.
We will supply you with return instructions and important shipping details at this time.
- When returning an instrument, you are responsible for the shipping cost (including insurance) in both directions, a 10% re-stocking fee and any damage to the instrument not incurred in shipping. Refunds may take up to 10 days from receipt of instrument.
Mouthpiece / Accessories Return Policy**
Our goal is to help you find the best mouthpiece for your particular playing needs. If you purchase a stock mouthpiece from us and it is not quite playing the way that you would like, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase and we will do our best to find a solution. This could be in the form of a different mouthpiece, or modification of the one you bought. If, after a reasonable attempt on both our parts, the mouthpiece just does not work for you, we will accept it as a return minus a 10% re-stocking fee and any shipping charges. All mouthpiece returns require that you contact us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number via phone or using the form below.
ACCESSORIES, INCLUDING FLEX COUPLERS AND UPSOUND ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
*Any horn that is considered a “special order” (a big bell or full gold plate, for example) is not eligible for trial or return. Please contact us for details.
**Custom and special order mouthpieces are not eligible for exchange or return (this includes gold plated mouthpieces).
