Just a note to let you know that you have a winner with the new Flex system and Vs backbore. I recently played a Circus that required two days of 3 three hour shows each followed by another 3 hour show day. First time I have never had any swelling! The piece takes less effort and really delivers with a nice \"sizzle\" in the sound. The lower register is rich and full, the upper is easier and with your flex couplers I can match my Scodwell perfectly. I use a #5. NO loss of energy or sound with that either. I have also converted all my Bach mouthpieces I use in legit playing over to the flex coupler system.
